Every Luella gown is individually handcrafted and tailored to its bride. Final investment varies according to custom design requests and couture embellishments.

How long does production take?+
Every gown is made-to-order and handcrafted. Please allow 8–12 months from consultation to delivery.
Do you accept international brides?+
Yes. We welcome brides worldwide and ship internationally. All duties and taxes are included in the price.
How does the measurement process work?+
Measurements are taken in person at the atelier when possible, or remotely with a detailed guided measurement kit for international brides.
Can I customize LUELLA or design my own gown?+
Yes — LUELLA may be modified in silhouette, neckline, sleeves, train, embroidery and tulle tone. Brides may also commission an entirely bespoke gown from concept to completion.
Are alterations included?+
Two fittings are included as part of the couture process. Additional alterations after final delivery are arranged with a local seamstress at the bride's discretion.
What is the payment schedule?+
A deposit secures your production slot at the atelier, with the balance paid across scheduled installments before final delivery. Full terms are outlined in your couture agreement.
Do you accept rush orders?+
Any timeline under 8 months is considered a rush order and is subject to atelier availability and rush fees.
How are gowns shipped?+
Finished gowns are hand-packed and delivered by fully insured courier, tracked door-to-door.
